Last updated: August 14, 2025

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the unicomment extension and its related services (the "Service") operated by Assan Haydar ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to post comments and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service.

a) License Grant to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

b) Prohibited Content and Conduct: You agree not to post User Content or engage in conduct that:

Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or fraudulent;
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
Constitutes unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations (spam);
Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms.

4. Termination

You can terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting your account through the account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount of fifty Euros (€50). This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or to damages to life, body, or health.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
